Accompanied property viewings: Conduct needs analysis with assignee(s) and family(s). Research various options which are suitable with assignee(s) and family(s). Finalize and confirm itinerary with assignee(s). Accompany assignee(s) on housing appointments. Monitor agent's responsiveness to assignee(s) needs and company's budget parameters. If necessary, replace agent(s) to ensure assignee(s) needs are met.
Assist with negotiating rental costs and other fees: Advise assignee(s) and Corporate HR of local real estate practices, such as requirements for security deposit, advance rent, letter of guarantee, etc. Depending on market area, advise assignee(s) on how much negotiation is possible. Negotiate rent.
Assistance with lease review and deposits: Review lease to assure all clauses are appropriate for each company's policy(s). Explain terms and requirements for lease to assignee(s). Coordinate with company for payment of security deposit, advance rent as required.
Inspection Move-in Checklist:Accompany the assignee(s), landlord(s), and real estate professional(s) during the inspection of the premises before and on the Move-In to ensure everything is smoothly.
